BENEFITS

Early Booking: If you book your holiday until 31st of March, you'll get a 10% OFF on full board rate.
Over 65: 10% OFF for those who are 65 years old.
Long Vacation: 10% OFF for minimum 14 days stays.
1 Adult + 1 Infant: they pay 1 fare and a half.

BENEFITS are reserved to minimum 7 days and cannot be accumulated.

FREE OF CHARGE

Babies 0/3 years old are FREE in bed with parents or in their own cot.

EXTRAS DUED IN THE HOTEL

Family or Connecting Rooms: available with minimum 4 persons, of which 3 full rate paying.
Room with balcony: € 10,00 per day per room.
Double Room for Single Use: € 10,00 per day.
Baby Cots: € 7,00 per day.
Extra Lunch/Dinner: € 20,00 per adult/child before reservation at the front-office.
Room Safe: € 15,00 per week, against a deposit of € 10,00 repayable before the departure.
Mandatory Club card: € 35,00 per adults/junior, € 25,00 for children between 4 and 11 years old, per week. The Club Card is free for children between 0 and 3 years old. It includes: use of the beach, entertainment and fitness, miniclub, the use of sport facilities, windsurf, aerobic, archery lessons and bus from/to the beach.

START/END OF THE STAY

From 5pm of the arrival day to 10am departure. If you stay longer than the indicated time, it will be considered a "Day-Use" and will cost € 50,00.
Full Board Formula: meals are served on a buffet, water and wine are included and served in bottle carafe. Guests can enjoy their meal sitting together with other people in table of eight.
Full Board formula starts with dinner of the arrival day and finishes with lunch of departure. Changing the departure's lunch with that of the arrival is not possible.
Half board: reduction on full board rate of € 5,00 per person per day.
The rate includes the cleaning of the room every day and the changing of the bed linen and bath towels once a week.
Binding Periods: from Saturday to Saturday (from Sunday to Sunday on request).

GENERAL TERMS

reservations: are accepted while rooms last. Booking implies the acceptance of general terms that follow.

payments: reservations are confirmed when 30% of the total cost as deposit is paid down. Balance must be paid before arrival at the hotel.

waivers: you may cancel your reservation without penalty up untill 30 days before your arrival date. From 30 to 15 days preceding your check-in date: 10%. From 15 to 7 days preceding your check-in date: 20%. From 7 days until day day preceding the check-in date: 30%.

vacation break: no refound is admitted for advance departures.

children: about reduced rate, children are always considered in 3rd bed. Miniclub is reserved to children between 4 and 11 years old.

arrivals and departures: check-in is admitted from 5pm. At the end of the stay, guests must check-out before 10am. If they stay longer than the indicated time, it will be considered a "Day-Use" and will cost € 50,00.

fares: prices are intended per person per day and I.V.A. is included. Full Board formula starts with dinner of the arrival day and finishes with lunch of departure’s. Changing the departure’s lunch with that of the arrival is not possible. Unenjoyed meals are out of pocket expense. Against Charge: bar consumptions, frigobar, laundry service, in room safe, overnight use of sport facilities, transfers, tours, bike renting and all sports for which a contribution is needed.

pets: We are sorry, but they're not allowed.

place of jurisdiction: the Court of Catanzaro will have jurisdiction over any disputes / controversies.
